Mark Walton of Building and Construction Industry Forum welcomed delegates and emphasised the importance of understanding the impact of Scotland's Climate Change Act on the built environment sector - the industry, building owners and clients.
Dr Branka Dimitrijevic gave a talk on the CIC Start Online aims, objectives and benefits for small to medium sized enterprises in Scotland that are or plan to be involved in sustainable building design and refurbishment. Branka advised delegates that since the project launch on 23rd October, 94 individulas registered with CIC Start Online. Around half of them have already published information on products or services that they offer for sustainable building design and refurbishment at the following page on the CIC Start Online website - Members.
